The game is up to date, as far as I know everything is installed in the specified location and still I cant seem to get it to work. I then ran the skse loader as administrator and in game attempted to make sure it was running via the console command and I get that the command cant be found. This will display the version number of the current SKSE build I installed the skse 1.3 loader along with the 2 dlls to the skyrim folder (the same folder that has the TESV launcher) and I installed the TESVAL dll in Skyrim>data>SKSE>plugin. This was supposed to be at the end of the original video, but my editing software refused to work To confirm it is working, open the console with the tilde (`) key and type getskseversion.
